Welcome to bos56. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bos56 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally operated online sports betting and casino platform accessible at bos56.cam.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the bos56 platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bos56 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following capitalised terms have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on bos56, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your use of bos56 is not unlawful under applicable local laws. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction that expressly prohibits the use of online gambling platforms where bos56 operates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by bos56 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the bos56 Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.

bos56 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by bos56 may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, with any Balance subject to review prior to release.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the bos56 Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding Balances and Bonus Funds pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.
• A valid, personal email address that you own and control.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Your preferred payment method details (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account information).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bos56 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify bos56 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

bos56 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. All Players must complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal. bos56 may also require KYC completion prior to processing deposits above certain thresholds.

Accepted identity documents for KYC verification include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / e-KTP).
• Valid Indonesian passport.
• Indonesian driving licence (SIM) — accepted as supporting documentation only, not as a primary identity document.

In addition to identity documents, bos56 may request:

• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Source of funds documentation for Players with high deposit volumes.
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document.
• Bank account ownership verification matching the withdrawal destination account.

KYC documents are processed within one business hour under normal operating conditions. bos56 may withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is successfully completed. Any fraudulent documents submitted will result in permanent Account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.

All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on bos56 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bos56 does not charge Players fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bos56 bears no responsibility.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposit conditions:

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• bos56 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• Third-party deposits (funds sent from an account not in the Player's own name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account, subject to an administration review period.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours. Complex withdrawal requests or those triggering enhanced due diligence may take up to 24 hours.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page.
• All outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met in full before a withdrawal of any real-money Balance is approved.
• bos56 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds at its sole discretion.

bos56 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which apply in addition to any bonus-specific terms published alongside a given promotion.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements are calculated on the Bonus Funds amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited without compensation.
• bos56 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and recover any winnings derived from that bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, wagering through a bonus with the intention of meeting the wagering requirement without genuine risk, or using arbitrage betting strategies on bonus-eligible markets.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages are set out in the specific promotion terms. Live casino and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• bos56 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the bos56 Platform. Product-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles, togel draws, and crash games) are published separately within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute valid wagers.
• bos56 reserves the right to void any wager placed at an obviously erroneous price resulting from a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, and to adjust or cancel wagers placed on markets that were offered by mistake.
• In the event of a dispute about the outcome of a sporting event, bos56's decision — based on official sources and results provided by recognised governing bodies — is final.
• bos56 applies maximum stake limits at its discretion. Players consistently placing wagers that demonstrate a pattern of exploiting pricing errors may have their maximum stake limits reduced.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled on the official result of each individual leg. If any single leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the odds are recalculated accordingly.
• Cash-out offers are made at bos56's discretion and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, including during live events.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are independently audited for fairness.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bos56 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are ineligible under these Terms.
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using funds that originate from criminal activity or any form of illegal enterprise to deposit on the Platform (money laundering).
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to bos56 immediately; exploiting them for financial gain is prohibited.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider after those funds have been used to place wagers.
• Attempting to access the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bos56, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

bos56's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

bos56 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available continuously, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
• Defects in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The Platform or its servers are free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent element of financial risk. Losses incurred through lawful wagers placed on correctly priced markets are not recoverable from bos56 under any circumstances.

All content on the bos56 Platform — including but not limited to the bos56 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, odds data, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of bos56 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from bos56.

bos56 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bos56 employs 256-bit TLS encryption on all data transmissions between your device and our servers. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from bos56's operational funds. These security measures are maintained on a continuous basis and are subject to periodic independent review.

bos56 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if bos56 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in any Prohibited Activity, or if such action is required by applicable law or a competent authority.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, bos56 may withhold the Account Balance pending a full investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, bos56 may forfeit all or part of the Balance, including any winnings derived from the breach. Where no breach is found, any withheld Balance will be released to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be completed and all active wagering requirements must be resolved. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Self-exclusion options are available via our Responsible Gaming page.

bos56 is operated by an internationally licensed entity. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos56 holds its operating licence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and bos56 shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as designated by bos56 at the time the dispute is raised. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

bos56 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bos56 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via a notification displayed upon login or via email to the address registered on your Account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
